Filing claims for Over-the-Counter (OTC), at-home COVID-19 tests

The Department of Finance and Administration has released new information about how to file claims for over-the-counter, at-home COVID-19 test kits.

If you purchased an at-home COVID-19 test on or after January 15, 2022, you may be eligible for reimbursement. As long as the test is used to diagnose a COVID-19 infection for yourself or a covered family member, you can request reimbursement through CVS Caremark. Claims for OTC at-home COVID-19 tests should only be filed to CVS Caremark. These claims should not be filed to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi.
