We love training! It’s what we do.
In order to have the most effective training session possible, please obtain approval from the department head before requesting training. Once the request is received, you will be contacted to set up a time to discuss the overall goals for the particular topic. After the training has been completed, a post-training evaluation will be conducted to ensure the stated goals and needs were met.
Below are some of our most popular workshops. If you do not see a topic that fits your situation, please submit a request and let us know your need. We will customize a training plan just for your situation.

The DISC assessment measures observable behaviors. A person’s behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. Much of our behavior comes from “nature” (inherent) and much comes from “nurture” (upbringing). It is the universal language of “how we act.”
The DISC will measure four dimensions of normal behavior(*):
- How you respond to problems and challenges
- How you influence other to your point of view
- How you respond to the pace of the environment
- How you respond to rules and procedures set by others
