New Benefits Platform is Live--AFLAC Enrollment Open Through April 15

The university’s new official platform for all benefit enrollments, Employee Navigator, is live as of April 1. Open enrollment for new Aflac group products also begins today and will run through April 15. All benefits-eligible employees may elect Aflac plans during this window. If you do not make an election, your next opportunity will be during Open Enrollment Oct. 1–31.

Even if you do not plan to enroll in Aflac products, all employees are asked to register and log in to Employee Navigator using the link below and complete the following steps:

·       Access Employee Navigator: https://www.employeenavigator.com/benefits/Account/Login (Click here to view registration and login instructions.)

·       Review your current benefit elections and become familiar with the system

·       Verify that your personal and dependent information is accurate

·       Review and update beneficiaries, as applicable

·       Enroll in Aflac coverage if you wish to add benefits

The university has partnered with Enrollify to provide optional support during this enrollment period. Enrollify offers one-on-one assistance with reviewing benefits and completing elections. To schedule an appointment with an Enrollify benefits counselor, you will need to create an Enrollify account at https://ee.enrollify.app/ using your cell phone number as the username with an initial password of BENEFITS2026.
