In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, employees are reminded that mental health support is available year‑round. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and we’re committed to helping you care for both.
To encourage healthy habits, join the 30‑Day Wellbeing Challenge designed to encourage small, meaningful habits that support overall wellbeing. Employees are encouraged to participate at their own pace. This challenge is about progress, not perfection. If you miss a day, that’s okay—jump back in whenever you’re ready. The goal is to build healthy, sustainable habits without adding stress.
In addition, employees and their families have access to a range of confidential support services through the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including:
- 24/7 confidential counseling with licensed professionals
- Financial planning resources, because financial stress impacts mental health
- Family support services for you and your immediate family members
- Work‑life balance tools and resources
- Multilingual support services
How to Access TELUS Health EAP Services
- Phone: 1‑800‑433-7916
- Online: TELUS Health One app or website one.telushealth.com

Employees do not need to be in crisis to use EAP services. Support is available for concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or everyday life issues. All services are confidential, and personal information is protected.
HRM encourages employees to explore these resources and take an active role in supporting their mental health and overall wellbeing.
