Changes include an increase in frame and contact lens allowances to $150 each. Retinal imaging will be added with a $39 copay. In addition, frequency of usage will now be on a calendar year basis. Example: Frames will be covered once every other calendar year instead of once every two years.
Changes go into effect January 1, 2022. Please review the following highlight sheet for more information about coverage and the new rates.
