New Performance Management System

Built Through Collaboration

At the request of Executive Vice President & Provost, Dr. David Shaw, a Staff Performance Evaluation Task Force—representing multiple divisions—reviewed current practices, benchmarked national standards, and gathered extensive feedback, including a campus-wide survey with 1,200+ responses.

Your input was clear: staff want clarity, timely feedback, stronger goal alignment, and meaningful opportunities for development. These insights directly shaped the updated system.
