Release of Benefits Information

Your benefits records are not accessible to anyone other than yourself without written permission on file in Human Resources Management.

There might be occasions when someone else needs to communicate with HRM about your benefits. For example, if you undergo emergency surgery, a family member or friend may need to discuss your coverage with a benefits counselor; however, they will not be able to do so unless you have given Human Resources Management permission to release information to that person.
