Accidental Death and Dismemberment

A group accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan is available through AIG Life Insurance Company. These policies are issued to individuals in amounts of $25,000 to $500,000.

 

You may cover your spouse and child(ren) for a percentage of the amount of coverage selected for yourself. However, amounts over $200,000 may not exceed ten times the employee’s annual salary. Employees are responsible for the full premium. Coverage and rate information will be provided by your benefits counselor.

 

Employees enrolling within 31 days from their date of hire have guaranteed acceptance. After the initial 31 day period has expired, employees will be required to submit evidence of good health to be accepted into the plan.
